How to Raise a Grievance
Step 1: Contact your relationship manager via WhatsApp or email with details of your concern.
Step 2: If unresolved within 48 hours, escalate to our Grievance Officer at grievance@tax2solutions.com.
Step 3: The Grievance Officer will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a resolution within 15 business days.
