Refund Policy

1. Service Not Yet Started

If we have not yet begun work on your engagement, you are entitled to a full refund of the professional fees paid. Government fees already remitted to authorities are non-refundable.

2. Service In Progress

If work has commenced but is not yet complete, a partial refund may be issued based on the proportion of work completed. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Completed Services

Once a filing or registration has been submitted to the relevant authority, no refund is applicable for professional fees. Government fees are non-refundable once remitted.

4. Processing
