1. Services

Tax2Solutions Private Limited provides tax filing, GST registration, company incorporation, compliance, bookkeeping, legal documentation, and related professional services across India, the United States, and the United Kingdom.

2. Engagement

Each engagement begins when you submit a request and we confirm acceptance with a written quote. The quote constitutes the full fee — no hidden charges will be added. Government fees (stamp duty, filing fees) are separate and disclosed upfront.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information and documents. Delays in providing documents may affect filing deadlines. We are not liable for penalties arising from incorrect or delayed information provided by you.

4. Fees & Payment

All fees are quoted in INR (for India services), USD (for US services), or GBP (for UK services). Payment is due as per the quote terms. We accept bank transfer, UPI, and major payment methods.

5. Confidentiality

All client information is treated as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as required for service delivery (e.g., filing with government portals) or as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. We exercise professional care but cannot guarantee specific outcomes from government authorities.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
