    One-off

Months or years behind? We rebuild the books from bank statements before your monthly service begins.

From bank feed to filed return, every month.

Five steps run on a fixed calendar. Watch them connect as you scroll.

  1. Days 1–3

    Connect

Bank feeds, cards, payment processors, marketplaces and payroll flow into your ledger. You forward receipts by email or WhatsApp.

  2. Days 3–7

    Categorize and reconcile

Every line is coded and matched to the statement. Anything we can't explain becomes a short question for you, never a guess.

  3. Day 8

    Review

A senior accountant reviews the close: balances, payroll liabilities, sales tax payable, and anything unusual against last month.

  4. By day 10

    Report

Your P&L, balance sheet and cash flow arrive with a plain-English note on what moved and why.

  5. On deadline

    File

Payroll taxes, sales tax and annual returns are filed on time, and you get the confirmation every time.

Federal and state tax compliance, filed on time.

We prepare and file with these agencies on your behalf, and track every deadline so you never pay a late-filing penalty.

How we compare to a freelancer or a traditional CPA firm.

A freelancer is affordable but stretched thin. A CPA firm is thorough but slow and billed by the hour. We built the middle option.

Bookkeeping and tax questions, answered.

How much does it cost?

A fixed monthly fee based on your transaction volume, number of accounts and employees. We quote it after a 20-minute call, before any work starts, and it only changes if your business does.

We already have a bookkeeper. How does switching work?

We collect last year's files and a handover from your current provider, take over the software access, and start with the next open month. Most switches are complete within two weeks.

Which accounting software do you use?

We work inside your existing QuickBooks Online, Xero or NetSuite file. If you don't have one yet, we set it up and connect your bank, payment and sales channels.

Do you work with foreign owners of US companies?

Yes. We regularly handle foreign-owned US LLCs and corporations, including Form 5472 with pro forma 1120, FBAR reporting and annual state filings.

Do you handle sales tax in every state?

We track economic nexus across all states you sell into, register where you cross a threshold, and file returns on each state's schedule.

We're behind on our books. Can you still help?

Yes. Catch-up bookkeeping is quoted separately. We rebuild the missing months from your statements first, then move you onto the monthly service.
